"The Behemoth" - Brisket Board

This board is a literal BEHEMOTH! It is hand-crafted from Sapele, Ash, Padauk, and Wenge Woods, and includes an extra-wide Juice Groove, with a Juice Well on the side. The additon of the Juice Well allows for any juice in the Juice Groove of the board to make its way down to collect all in one area, where it can be easily poured out and disposed of.

All Planeta Woodworking Cutting and Charcuterie Boards are treated with Industry-Leading Food Grade Mineral Oil and Butcher Block Conditioner. Our Mineral Oil is enriched with Vitamin-E to help kill uneccessary Bacteria that may become present on the board with use. The Butcher Block Conditioner is a mixture of Mineral Oil, Beeswax, and Carnuba Wax; and it helps seal the pores of the wood to keep water and liquid out of it. Learn more!
